Are you an entrepreneur looking to get your foot in the door with a high tech company where you can sell products that help people? We are seeking an ambitious and fearless road warrior/ hunter to partner with Account Sales Executives in the Northest Region. You will become a subject matter expert for Spacelabs Patient Monitoring products and provide increased contact with existing accounts and uncover new opportunities.   • Remain current on Spacelabs Healthcare’s products, services and competitive landscape. Attend internal/external education and strategy meetings and utilize Spacelabs Healthcare training materials.
  • Hold direct responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products.
  • Uncover potential business opportunities in both competitive accounts and existing customer accounts.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for product features and solutions for clinical and technical workflow optimization to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximum value from the product(s). Regular travel to account sites is expected.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of the Company to achieve customer’s desired result, and present the voice of the customer.
  • Provide frequent in-service training to hospital staff tailored to their needs, and with the goal of developing strategic relationships and champions, and informing about new products/enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • Strategically organize each week, month and quarter to implement a plan to protect and grow business within these accounts.
  • Build professional relationships with hospital leadership by attending quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
  • Organize customer data, including consistent entry of daily activities, such and demos and presentations into CRM.

  • It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.


  • BA/BS Degree in a technical, science or business discipline required, or 4 years equivalent expertise and experience.
  • 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred. Medical, capital equipment, and/or software systems experience a plus.
  • Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills, including ability to interact with hospital leadership and staff as well as partners. Can cold call and build effective business relationships.
  • Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Good organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where attention to detail is critical.
  • Competency in computer skills: MS Office, query tools and database systems/applications including CRM.



  • Successful completion of Spacelabs training required (including training done at Company location). Must become fully competent in the application and operation of all Patient Monitoring products.
  • Required to register with a vendor credentialing service. As part of this process, you will be required to submit personal information to a credentialing service company, to provide proof of vaccinations or related medical information, and to comply with other requirements needed to be able to work at customer site.
  • May be required to complete US federal background check and meet requirements for access to US government facilities.
  • 75+% travel is generally required; must be able to acquire all necessary travel documents
  • Must maintain a good driving record and be insurable per company policy.
  • Maintain demo inventory in salable condition, including proper storage, movement and record keeping.
  • Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zones such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs.
