    The Customer Service Representative should have the ability to work in a fast paced customer oriented, production-like environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly; should have the ability to talk to customers and accurately type notes, using good written and verbal communication skills, and be computer savvy.  Previous Customer Service experience and basic computer skills are highly desired.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide quotations to internal and external customers
    • Manage Trace parts and consumables order inquiries via all modes of communication
    • Support the ecommerce program with administrative support
    • Enter new orders in the system and communication to other departments
    • Perform other customer support duties as required

    • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
    • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

    Qualifications

    • Previous customer service experience desirable
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to effectively communicate
    • Personal organization is a must
    • Basic computer skills required
    • Order management system experience is a plus
    • Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing environment
