    Spacelabs Cardiology & Remote Monitoring division has a team approach to territory coverage with Inside Sales being an important contributor. The position requires creativity and strong interpersonal communication skills with external customers. The Inside Sales Representative works under general supervision and exercises independent judgment functioning within approved guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve assigned quota
    • Liaison between cardiology field team and internal departments (manufacturing, shipping, credit/accounting, legal and technical support)

           Finding Business

    • Increase funnel weekly through an aggressive outbound telemarketing campaign targeting hospitals and cardiologist practices.
    • Bring in quality leads to the sales team.

            Working Business

    • Become expert at quoting through Big Machines and CRM electronic tools
    • Provide budgetary and working quotes to customers
    • Follow up on quotes and demonstrations with existing and potential customers
    • Work opportunities through the funnel using our CRM tool as well as weekly GAP analysis spreadsheets.

           Closing

    •  Follow the Strategic Selling model
    • Use technological resources to provide remote sales presentations via web conference
    • Manage accounts through the pre-sale (finding, working & PO); as well as managing the accounts through a successful training and implementation period, ensuring our customers have a positive Spacelabs experience.

    • It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related filed preferred; or 4 years related experience
    • 3+ years of Inside Sales Experience, with medical industry (eg hospital/cardiology) experience preferred experience desired). Overall relevant experience determines level.
    • Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Collaborative with highly developed relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with co-workers and customers with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
    • Attention to detail / organized approach to work. Able to manage multiple priorities and open issues, with demanding timelines.
    • Competency in computer skills: MS Office, query tools and database systems/applications.
    • Fast-paced office environment; requires significant use of telephone and computer.
