    1. A) Commercial Activities  
    • Preparation of documents for import and export consignment as per 100% EOU of Manufacturing company
    • Preparation of documents for re-export of any defective Raw Materials as per 100% EOU of Manufacturing company and follow up with Govt. Office
    • Preparation of documents for Destruction of imported raw material as per 100% EOU of Manufacturing company and follow up with Govt. Office for disposal approval
    • Renewal of CPBW License, Star Export House recognition and LUT of Manufacturing unit as per 100% EOU
    • Filing of QPR, APR of manufacturing unit as per 100% EOU
    • Filing of ER 2 return monthly
    • Service Tax Refund, Vat refund process and preparation of documents etc.
    • Preparation of documents & application for Custom tax scripts available in Opto division
    • Responsible for Central Excise and Custom Audit completion and submission of required documents as and when required
    • Maintenance of customs-bonded warehouse in Hyderabad - freight & COD guidelines/arrangements with all-India logistics companies for billing and delivery from a Hyderabad store/godown.
    • Customs Clearances and meeting Customs, Central Excise, Sales Tax & Municipal authorities for compliance and to ensure smoother operations if required.
    1. B) Logistics  
    • Follow up with CHA for import consignment arrival & export consignment
    • Dispatches – To see that there are no obstructions in the supply chain.
    • Company
    • Operate shipping systems by selecting the most efficient method of shipment while ensuring on time delivery to customer.
    • Verify shipment order by visually auditing and checking item on packing slip to ensure accuracy.
    1. C) Co-coordinating with Production, Accounts team, Statutory & Internal audits as per IGAAP Audit



    • Good knowledge in Indirect Taxes specially Central excise & Custom and VSEZ
    • Business Process Knowledge of Electronics industry required



    • Managing People
    • Coordination with external parties eg. Central Excise & Custom office, VSEZ office , CHA and Vendors
    • Maturity & ability to function independently with minimal supervision

    • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
    • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.


    • B.Com or M.Com and diploma in indirect taxation will be added advantage
    • Experience: 6 - 7 years
    • Good communication skills in English and Telugu
    • Should be able to handle a team Size of 2
    • MNC in Manufacturing industry experience will added advantage
    • Exposure of Medium / Large Manufacturing Set up
