To ensure the effectiveness and development of the Quality Management System. To provide the Quality lead in New Product Introduction and engineering development of existing products. To design and carry out validation and acceptance testing of products. The role will include resolution of customer complaints and major issues through root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions. Reporting of KPI’s on internal quality measures which will include customer complaints, commissioning and service trending for reliability and quality issues.
Provide general support to the QA department in all quality-related matters.
