    The Service Program Manager will manage the direct & in-direct technical services provided through our Distributor network and be the single point of contact for the Operations Project teams, Distributors and customers in the assigned site.

    Responsibilities

    • Acts as the main contact for all service requirement in the assigned region, managing direct and indirect teams and providing support to key accounts.
    • Manages and overseas the installation teams in each market in coordination with Distributors and serive managers
    • Manages the Distributor development program for the region, understanding needs and finding solutions.
    • Lead people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of products.
    • Organise and monitor program activities, overseeing plans, schedules and program budgets within agreed deliverables.
    • Interfacing with internal customers, arranging internal and external meetings
    • Works with sales managers to understand and scope their need and adapt the deliverables with the Distributor
    • Prices and seeks agreement and sign-off from all stakeholders on quotations
    • Provides the correct impetus for the helpdesk support and CRM
    • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function and coordinates the training requirement of distributor teams
    • Complete all administration tasks in Navision and helps to produce monthly metrics an generate all documentation for fulfillment of the service requirement
    • Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO, Compliance and documented processes.
    • Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue.
    • Comply with the EHS Policies and applicable laws and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Extensive demonstratable experience in a people managment role as a skilled infuencer.
    • Excellent analytical skills working well under pressure
    • High work standards, works qualitatively, demonstrates initiative and motivation.
    • Strong communication skills in English with additional European language advantagous
    • Strong customer mind-set
    • Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
    • Willing to travel regularly and at very short notice
    • Plans and organizes work effectively and Works well under pressure
    • ood knowledge of X-ray and screening products is advantagous
    • Qualified to degree level in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
    • Post Graduate qualification in management or Engineering a plus
