  • Overview

    Project/Program (Admin) Mgmt: Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Direct people-management responsibility is typically required. This job oversees employees assigned to manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.

    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
    • To monitor contract delivery scope and drive the project for proper planning, implementation and acceptance with the support from Project managers and internally stakeholders
    • Drive the project manage strategies with support from Sales and Operations team
    • To be the escalation point for any project delivery issues and to effectively resolve the same
    • Manage weekly weekly project status and track progress
    • Ensure efficient and consistent process and documentation are defined communicated, implemented and maintained
    • To analyses current & future capacity levels and actions to be taken for overcoming shortfalls or risks
    • Provides reports detailing insights and analysis
    • Work with cross function team for planning and forecasting
    • Ensures accurate and timely effort reporting for project personnel
    • Discloses conflicts of interest when required
    • Ensures integrity of project
    • Monitors project's financial status
    • Manages project within budget limits
    • Assures that expenses incurred are allowable, reasonable, and allocable to the project to which they are charged
    • Seeks prior approval for budget changes when required
    • Approves sub-recipient agreements and related invoices
    • Ensures that cost-share requirements are met

    Qualifications

    WHAT EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS MUST THE CANDIDATE POSSESS?

    • Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration and or related
    • Experience in organizing customer visit and marketing engagement
    • Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
    • Advance Microsoft office skills
    • Highly motivated, with a focused and disciplined approach to the business process.
    • Able to draw on past experience and judgment to make effective decisions.
    • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
    • Ability to build effective customer relationships, and to create business strategies to close deals. Can think strategically and work tactically.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and external audiences, at the top levels. Collaborative with highly developed relationship-building skills.
    • Experience delivering results through others, both direct and matrixed. Ability to lead, develop, motivate and hold others accountable.
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Competency in computer skills: MS Office, query tools, webex and database systems/applications.
    • Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English
    • Successful completion of Rapiscan training required (including training done at Company location).
    • Must become fully competent in the application and operation of all assigned products and systems.
    • Must maintain a good driving record and be insurable per company policy. Observe all applicable company safety policies and practices.
    • Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zones such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs.
    • Domestic and international travel required - >50%; must be able to acquire all necessary travel documents.
