    OSI Electronics is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the development and implementation of activities in production areas in order to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. This position will prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply, as well as plans and administers procedures. This position will also develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas., as well as select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


    • Supervise all aspects of the production floor, including employees, product flow, production schedule/ priority, quality issues and shipping requirements.
    • Interface with management and engineering in order to meet production goals, improve processes, acquire equipment, and maintain a leveled work force.
    • Assure proper customer/ company documentation is completed and information for product is effectively communicated to both internal and external customers, as needed.
    • Assist in the implementation of ISO procedures and conduct audits.

    • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
    • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.


    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of experience in a production/ manufacturing environment, with at least 1+ years as a supervisor.
    • Understanding of Mechanical Processes and IPC Specifications.
    • Must be able to read, write, and verbally effectively communicate in the business language (English).
    • Working knowledge of computer basic skills and Microsoft Office.
    • Active secret clearance preferred.
    • Must be a U.S. person or able to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.*
