The Sevice Partner Manager is responsibile for the daily management of the service department partner network. You will ensure each Partner is adhering to agreements with Rapiscan to support the territory install base and end users. Assisting each dealer with identifying and delivering revenue earning opportunities and enhancements that in turn will drive service contract, parts and consumables growth as well as leading to repeat system sales business. You will ensure that each partner is quality audited by service delivery and annual SDA charges are applied, invoiced and collected.
