    The Sevice Partner Manager is responsibile for the daily management of the service department partner network. You will ensure each Partner is adhering to agreements with Rapiscan to support the territory install base and end users.  Assisting each dealer with identifying and delivering revenue earning opportunities and enhancements that in turn will drive service contract, parts and consumables growth as well as leading to repeat system sales business. You will ensure that each partner is quality audited by service delivery and annual SDA charges are applied, invoiced and collected.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a reliable initial point of contact for all Service Partners.
    • Ensure all authorised partners have an active ‘Authorised Service Provider’ agreement in place and are adhering to the standards and expectations within it.
    • Manage service partner charges in line with their install base on an annual basis.
    • Negotiate sub contract pricing with distributors to improve Service GM%
    • Ensuring all partners maintain staff that are fully trained on all product lines in their install base.
    • Monitor distributor spares orders activity on a monthly/quarterly basis
    • Monitor and drive Trace consumable revenue growth through the partner network
    • Provide partner network with full support liaising with internal stakeholders including training, spares, technical support and Service “soft tools” including CRM
    • Arrange and attend regular meetings with key partners to maintain a positive two-way relationship
    • Work with Senior Service Management to rationalise distributor network. Combine within product lines where strategically sensible and work to identify and set up new service partners within region when required.
    • Design and deliver annual audits and reviews of current service partners to identify organisational changes that may affect service delivery, reputation or add waste
    • Work with key stakeholders internally to improve communication and performance from Rapiscan’s sub-contractors

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience in operational and legal contract documentation
    • Experience with overseas working environments/cultures
    • Experience in working with sub-contractors is preferable
    • Flexibility to travel, sometimes at short notice
