    The Field Service Engineer will be part of a dedicated maintenance and support team for HZMB Security systems. The postholder will maintain the systems to a high level of reliability in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Network and X-Ray capability.


    • 24/7/365 support based on HKZMB artificial island x-ray vehicle inspection system covering shift,weekend and public holiday works
    • Perform periodic preventive maintenance per HZMB contract requirements and daily maintenance activities.
    • Prepares system maintenance reports for EMSD (HK Gov Eng. Dept), C&ED (The Client) and Rapiscan.
    • Supervises site works and operation. In-charge of system maintenance works per contract requirement and company policy.
    • To report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
    • Provide fault recovery and system repair and attend for on-call service.
    • Ability to train newly hired staff on operations and maintenance.

    Main Requirements


    • Diploma in Engineering or Project Management or related disciplines;
    • At least 3 years in Maintenance, Project or Field Service Support experience with supervisory or managerial position .
    • Willing to work shifts to cover the site requirements

     Additional Skills

    • Mature, independent, good communication skills and with strong sense of responsibility;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of people;
    • Good command of English;
    • Proficiency in PC knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)


    Persons with lesser qualifications could be considered for a junior position
