    OSI Electronics, is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the program managers, customers and contract manufacturers with ordering, securing, pricing components and stiffeners for projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Secure quotations for components and assembly costs
    • Order components for all program managers and coordinate delivery.
    • Be able to review designs and specifications
    • Work closely with Program Managers, Customers and Contract Manufacturers 
    • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
    • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
    • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Technical or Business degree a plus
    • Understanding of components, orientation and electrical properties
    • Able to learn and be comfortable speaking with program managers about FPC technical requirements and aspects.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Must have computer skills, including: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
    • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.
