    OSI Systems is seeking someone to design, develop, modify, debugs and evaluate programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. This position analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. This position also develops conversion and system implementation/ integration plans, and prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. As part of this positions function, this person will recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards, and train users in conversion and implementation of system.


    • Design and develop enterprise application enhancements for use in software systems using .Net in MS AX 2012 R3 and D365 applications, requiring strong insight and best practice for the development life cycle process.
    • Troubleshoot issues that come up through testing/ implementation roll out of the AX Dynamics project, and provide post implementation support as needed.
    • Work with project managers, business analysts and development team to identify and implement innovative solutions for business requirements.
    • Follow project requirements captured in the functional design documents in order to code the application per the business requirements.
    • Provide technical Dynamics AX guidance to other development team and SQL programmers who are involving in SSRS report development

    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent
    • 5+ years development experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, preferred
    • Experience developing on the Microsoft .NET platform, developing X++ and MorphX IDE in Dynamics AX, and with object oriented language C#.Net, ASP.NET, Java, and the .Net Frameworks
    • Understanding of SDLC
    • Technical and functional knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012 and supporting Microsoft technologies including: SQL Server, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SharePoint, and Visual Studio
    • Proficient with AX workflow and security development techniques and data migration from Microsoft Navision to MS AX 2012 R3
    • Experience integrating AX with external systems
    • Experience in maintaining multiple Dynamics AX environment
