    OSI Electronics is seeking an experienced business development leader to head up our Mil/Aereo sales and business development activities in the United States. This senior position will have responsibilities vital to the future success of our operations in North America and Southeast Asia.


    • Manage the regional sales force to obtain viable new business opportunities.
    • Profile new customers and develop a diverse customer mix,
    • Promote the business capabilities of all our facilities in the US and overseas to strengthen the groups overall business.
    • Oversee the quotation process to assure quotes are provided timely and accurately.
    • Participate in Corporate Staff meetings, planning, and managing resources to achieve division objectives.
    • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwor.
    • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
    • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.


    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Minimum of 10 years sales and/or operations experience in the electronics manufacturing services industry.
    • Strong understanding of all aspects of business management,
    • Computer literacy including Excel, Word, MS Access.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
    • Engineering and Operations background a plus.
    • 75% Domestic travel required (minimal international travel) - up to 30% oversnight.
    • Must be U.S. Citizen, as required by our contract with the U.S. Government.
