    The Senior Service Business Manager guides the development of service business plans on a global or regional basis. Guides the creation of pricing structures and price positions for service products within area of responsibility, including ROI impact. Provides input related to Service Business into the requirements for the development of new products or enhancing existing products or product lines. Guides the evaluation and monitoring of service offering, products, and solutions throughout all stages of Life Cycle (From initial definition to end of support).

    • Manage service sales (inside sales or channel partners) to drive:
      • Contract capture rate
      • Service contract renewals, Warranty conversions, and T&M recaptures
    • Define and realize service pricing strategy in coordination with Global Strategic Marketing
    • Create and maintain service contract templates
    • Adapt service pricing for countries, regions, and distributors as applicable
    • Create and manage service pricing strategy for GPOs and IDNs
    • Direct service marketing communications activities that provide value proposition and brand differentiation; develop and manage a channel strategy to perform the functions necessary to move service products to the customer; constantly develop and communicate attributes that differentiate and distinguish our organization and products from competitors
    • Collaborate cross-functionally in support of strategic business opportunities including implementation of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships or alliances
    • Develop, plan, coordinate and execute marketing, sales and account strategies designed to capture, maintain and increase existing and new business opportunities
    • Manage the Customer Support team. This includes the customer response center and US field service inventory oversight

    • Manage, evaluate and develop team of employees to meet functional deliverables and responsibilities. Complete company people management requirements. Exhibit manager core competencies
    • It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
    • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business



    • Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
    • 8 Years of experience in a Marketing or Business Management role
    • 4 Years of experience with Enterprise Resource Management and/or Customer Relationship Management (for example SAP R/3, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle)
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
    • Ability to speak in front of large crowds
    • Ability to effectively read, write and communicate using the English language
    • Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs
