Roles and Responsibilities :
a) Answer calls and emails from both internal and external customers. In Arabic and English
b) Translate documents ( Arabic - English / English - Arabic)
c) Process part orders return orders
d) Create estimates and send it to the customers.
e) Create Service jobs and assign it to the Field Service Engineers and follow up till its completed.
f) Act like a translator on conference calls with customers that do not speak english and our internal employees.
a) Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic( Verbal and written)
b) Should have a minimum of 18 months of experience of having worked in a International Call Center.
c) Should have prior experience in Translation works.
