The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the EMEA Human Resources function.

 

This role will be a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week as either 3 full days or 5 reduced days.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruitment process  
  • Organises new hire and leaver activities including DBS and new employee right to work documentation checks and leave letters 
  • Delivers and maintains new joiners’ Induction programme
  • Day-to-day HR administration and correspondence including offer letters, contracts, references, employee notifications and filing
  • Maintain employee data ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date using the company HRIS System
  • Training administration including maintaining training files, arranging courses/training events and feedback to Senior HR Manager, EMEA
  • Co-ordination of the Driver Training Programme - Liaising with ROSPA and employees to ensure all drivers complete relevant health and safety tasks. Checking and record keeping of employee driving licences/car insurance details 
  • Organises off-boarding activities such as leave letters, exit interview forms
  • Participation in ad-hoc HR projects as and when required by the Senior HR Manager, EMEA

  • It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

PREVIOUS RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • Experience in a confidential/HR administrative role preferred

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Essential

  • Good level of general education
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Good typing speed
  • Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Highly collaborative.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
