The Global Service Training Manager will determine training needs, delivery strategies, criteria, volume and content, working with key field personnel and outsourced service providers. This role will coordinate and oversee scheduling of technical and equipment orientation, as well as advanced training programs. In addition, this role will track and measure trainings delivered, as well as the results.
