Covering the for the Eastern and Northern France Regions, the Sales Representative can be based anywhere in the region. Responsible for all product sales activities within the assigned territory.  You will meet established sales objectives, demonstrate Spacelabs products. Experience required in the medical devices sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, ID, demo and sell SLHC products, services and solutions in all market segments (Private/Public/Medical offices...)
  • Identify and develop targeted account strategies using Strategic selling skills and tools (DSG Messaging, Blue sheets etc.) to maximize account penetration. Proficiency in Strategic Selling should be at an expert level.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Service/Marketing organizations. Team work with field service, Clinical Specialists and other company resources to maximise sales efficiency, account penetration and market share growth.
  • Maintain sufficient identified business to support a "balanced" sales funnel.
  • Represent Spacelabs Healthcare as the technology leader and vendor of choice through regular product presentations, evaluations, customer training and sales calls as required by the company.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on Spacelabs' products and competitive products.
  • Participate in Professional Trade Shows and attend National meetings.
  • Maintain consultative sales relationships with all key buying influences in each account.
  • Maintain up to date account profiles, forecasts etc. within CRM on a daily basis.
  • Implement established sales and marketing strategies as requested by senior management.
  • Develop information pertaining to sales situations and territorial sales strategies.
  • Observe all applicable company safety policies and practices.
  • Submit accurate reports regarding expenses, activities, results, market position and monthly forecasts.
  • Individual will be measured against annual work objectives that are consistent with meeting sales goals.
  • Works under general supervision and exercises independent judgment functioning within approved guidelines.

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization effectively.
  • Highly effective motivational and developmental skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills: listening, written and verbal.
  • Proven sales representative experience within a capital equipment market.
  • Project management skills.
  • Clinical training or commercial success, ideally in a Critical Care or Theatre environment
  • Extensive and demonstarble Monitoring I Diagnostic Cardiology / IT solutions products knowledge
  • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal
  • Degree professional level education in either a clinical, biomedical, science or business discipline.
  • Large territory coverage experience
